Ingredients for 4 people:
Extra virgin olive oil
2 chicken breasts cut into tacos
Salt and pepper to taste
1 chive
1-2 cloves of garlic
100 ml crushed tomato
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 can of coconut milk
250 g cooked basmati or jasmine rice
You will need to:

Step by Step:
1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Prepare your FIRE pan from Mónix® and
Heat it with a splash of olive oil. When the oil is hot,
Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes.
2. Cut the spring onion and crush 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, when the chicken is golden, add it
and leave over medium heat for about 8 minutes, until soft.
3. Add the spices and mix. Add the crushed tomato and cook for 4 minutes
mid fire.
4. Add the coconut milk and let it cook for about 10-12 minutes. It will reduce and become denser. Check the salt level and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro. It is now ready to serve on top of your favorite rice.
