Today we bring you this Extra juicy ginger and apple cake. A very special mixture that with Cinnamon aroma makes this recipe a top in our kitchen.

150g butter without salt

150g sugar dark

50ml of syrup ginger

200ml milk

250g flour

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 teaspoons of chemical yeast

2 eggs

100g almond raw

2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger

3-4 apples


  1. Preheat the oven 200º.
  2. In our Mineral saucepan put the butter and sugar, melt. Remove from fire.
  3. A Once melted, add the milk and ginger syrup and mix.
  4. In In a bowl, sift the flour together with the cinnamon and yeast.
  5. Do Make a well in the center and add the butter mixture.
  6. To incorporate the beaten eggs, the vanilla, the peeled or diced apple and the grated fresh ginger.
  7. Remove everything until mixed.
  8. Grease the mold and pour the dough.
  9. Bake Approximately 50 minutes. Click to check that it is ready.
  10. Remove and let cool on a rack before unmolding.
