Today we bring you this Extra juicy ginger and apple cake. A very special mixture that with Cinnamon aroma makes this recipe a top in our kitchen.

Ingredients:
150g butter without salt
150g sugar dark
50ml of syrup ginger
200ml milk
250g flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
2 eggs
100g almond raw
2 teaspoons of grated fresh ginger
3-4 apples
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven 200º.
- In our Mineral saucepan put the butter and sugar, melt. Remove from fire.
- A Once melted, add the milk and ginger syrup and mix.
- In In a bowl, sift the flour together with the cinnamon and yeast.
- Do Make a well in the center and add the butter mixture.
- To incorporate the beaten eggs, the vanilla, the peeled or diced apple and the grated fresh ginger.
- Remove everything until mixed.
- Grease the mold and pour the dough.
- Bake Approximately 50 minutes. Click to check that it is ready.
- Remove and let cool on a rack before unmolding.
