Pasta dishes are always the best alternative to a quick and healthy lunch. You will have this pasta recipe with garlic and lemon ready in a few minutes so don't stop preparing it, it is always good to have a dish for those moments when you don't know what to make.

Ingredients:
200g of pasta (pappardelle in this case)
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
Salt
50g parmesan grated
1/2 lemon
fresh rosemary
Water
Preparation:
- In our Titan Rock 24cm saucepan. We bring water to boil, once the boiling point begins, we add the pasta and leave it according to the time recommended by the manufacturer.
- In the Titan Rock 24cm frying pan. We add the olive oil, heat. Add the sliced garlic and brown.
- Add the lemon juice, sauté for a minute.
- Once the pasta is ready, take it out and add it to the pan along with the garlic.
- We add the grated pamesan, the rosemary, the salt, stir to mix and add a little of the cooking water.
- We leave it for a few minutes and serve.
- We decorate with grated parmesan, lemon zest and fresh rosemary.
