Ingredients

125g butter

125g chocolate black

150g sugar

3 teaspoons of cocoa powder

3 eggs M

110g flour

1 teaspoon of vanilla

a pinch of salt

chocolate drops or chopped chocolate

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 200º.
  2. We grease our mold with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. We put our Optima saucepan over very low heat with the chocolate and butter and melt. Be careful not to burn it, remove it from the heat from time to time so that it melts with the residual heat. You can also do it in a bain-marie.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until white.
  5. Add the tempered chocolate, vanilla and salt to the eggs, mix until combined.
  6. Next we add the flour and cocoa, with enveloping movements we mix.
  7. We fill our mold and put the chocolate drops or chopped chocolate on top.
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes, before removing, prick with a needle to check that it is ready. The brownie is moist so be careful not to make it too much.
  9. We take out and let it cool.
  10. We decorate with cocoa powder.
