Preparation: Put a little oil, the finely chopped onion, the garlic cut in half, the bay leaf, the tomato cut into pieces and a few grains of pepper into the low 24 cm Solid+ saucepan and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and add to the stew so that they brown over medium heat on all sides while the vegetables cook. We will brown the thighs for about 10 minutes. Add the beer and the glass of broth to the stew, lower the set and let it cook for around 45 minutes. Adjust salt if necessary. We can accompany these chicken thighs with rice, cous cous, or with diced French fries.
