Grilled or grilled octopus gives it a crispy golden brown that is great accompanied by vegetables, potatoes or any garnish. In this case, we have prepared some vegetables in the wok and finally we have dressed them with a mixture of garlic, parsley and oil. A very healthy, healthy and great dish for spring.
Ingredients: 2 people- 4 large cooked octopus legs
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 1 garlic
- Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips. Peel and do the same with the onion and carrot.
- Put a little oil in a very hot wok and sauté the vegetable mixture for approximately 5 or 6 minutes. We want the vegetables to be consistent. Season.
- In another pan, place the octopus legs when it is very hot. Brown for 3 minutes on each side. Put a pinch of coarse salt on each one.
- Place the vegetables at the bottom of a plate, top with the octopus and sprinkle with the parsley, garlic and oil dressing.
