One of the star dishes this Christmas is prawns. We normally prepare them grilled with a little coarse salt and accompanied by some mayonnaise-type sauce or pink sauce. Today Raquel Carmona proposes a very exotic special recipe: spicy prawns .
Spicy prawns
Ingredients
- 500g raw prawns
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 5 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 red chili or a chilli
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
Preparation
- We put all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. We stir and mix well.
- Marinate the prawns for 15-30 minutes in the sauce. To do this, we put them in a bowl or tray and drizzle with the sauce. We turn the prawns from time to time so that they take in the flavor from all sides.
- We put our frying pan over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and brown the prawns. (We drain the prawns before putting them in the pan and reserve our sauce).
- We take out once golden brown. Add the sauce to the same pan and reduce for 30-40 seconds, no more time will be necessary.
- We drizzle our prawns with the sauce and decorate with fresh chopped parsley.
