Beans with clams

Judiones con almejas

We have a weakness for stews, they are always welcome on our table. We think that these dishes take a long time to prepare, but nothing could be further from the truth, in a flash we have them ready with our pressure cookers, what we would do without them.

Ingredients

300g beans

200g clams

1l of fish broth

Salt

1 onion

4 cloves of garlic

Laurel

Extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

Elaboration

  1. We soak the beans the day before.
  2. We wash the clams well.
  3. We cover the bottom of our Veloce slow cooker with olive oil, add the garlic cloves and the chopped onion.
  4. Sauté until golden brown, add the paprika and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. Add the beans, salt, bay leaf and cover with the fish broth.
  6. We close the pot and once the valve rises we leave it for 25 minutes.
  7. After time, we let the steam out and open it.
  8. Add the clams, cook for a few minutes and ready to serve.
  9. We decorate with fresh parsley.
