We are going to warm up our engines, Christmas tree prepared, decorations located, Easter Flower in the living room and of course already thinking about lunches and dinners.
But without a doubt what cannot be missing are sweets, so we bring you some gingerbread cookies so you can get to work.
Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 12 cookies
Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients
250g flour
125g butter at room temperature
125g brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon grated or dried fresh ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg L
Preparation
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar until you get a fluffy mixture.
- We add the egg and mix.
- Add the sifted flour along with the rest of the ingredients. We mix until we have a firm and homogeneous dough.
- We wrap in transparent film and refrigerate for half an hour.
- We take the dough out of the refrigerator, stretch it with a rolling pin between two parchment papers, this way it will be easier to work the dough. If necessary, sprinkle a little flour on it.
- We cut the cookies with our favorite mold and place them on our Solid+ griddle.
- We bake at 180º, preheated oven, when the edges begin to brown, we take it out and let it cool on a rack.
- Sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies and enjoy them.
- To preserve them, we store them in an airtight container.
