Nothing like enjoying of a breakfast or snack with some delicious cookies. These cookies They love them, with a butter and vanilla flavor that makes them special.


170g butter without salt at room temperature

60g icing sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

200g flour


  1. Shake butter until creamy.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla and salt until integrated and beat for 1-2 minutes. Has to remain light and fluffy.
  3. Wrap the dough in a transparent film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat the oven at 180º.
  5. Take out, Let it cool and make balls with it.
  6. Place them on the Solid+ plate leaving space between them.
  7. Bake 15 minutes or until you see the edges begin to brown.
  8. Take out and let cool, these cookies are very delicate so be patient.
