Nothing like enjoying of a breakfast or snack with some delicious cookies. These cookies They love them, with a butter and vanilla flavor that makes them special.
Ingredients
170g butter without salt at room temperature
60g icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
200g flour
Preparation
- Shake butter until creamy.
- Add sugar, vanilla and salt until integrated and beat for 1-2 minutes. Has to remain light and fluffy.
- Wrap the dough in a transparent film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 180º.
- Take out, Let it cool and make balls with it.
- Place them on the Solid+ plate leaving space between them.
- Bake 15 minutes or until you see the edges begin to brown.
- Take out and let cool, these cookies are very delicate so be patient.
