Mushroom frittata

Do you know frittata? It is a very typical recipe of Italian cuisine, for them it would be what our omelette is for us, but with some variations.

It is a very attractive dish, easy to make and highly recommended for using all types of ingredients.

Today we bring you the autumn version, with mushrooms, it looks wonderful.

Ingredients

6 eggs

200ml cream

1 onion

500g assorted mushrooms (canned or natural)

200g peas

50g parmesan cheese

50g gouda cheese

Salt

Ground black pepper

ground nutmeg

Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º.
  2. We put a splash of olive oil in our In&Out pan.
  3. Heat and add the chopped onion, sauté until softened.
  4. Add the peas and mushrooms, sauté for a few minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix the semi-beaten eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese.
  6. We add the mushrooms and peas to this mixture, mix and return to the pan.
  7. We heat over low heat and let it cook.
  8. We put it in the oven, bake until golden. Prick before removing to check that it is set.
  9. We serve immediately.
