Do you know frittata? It is a very typical recipe of Italian cuisine, for them it would be what our omelette is for us, but with some variations.
It is a very attractive dish, easy to make and highly recommended for using all types of ingredients.
Today we bring you the autumn version, with mushrooms, it looks wonderful.

Ingredients
6 eggs
200ml cream
1 onion
500g assorted mushrooms (canned or natural)
200g peas
50g parmesan cheese
50g gouda cheese
Salt
Ground black pepper
ground nutmeg
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
- We preheat the oven to 180º.
- We put a splash of olive oil in our In&Out pan.
- Heat and add the chopped onion, sauté until softened.
- Add the peas and mushrooms, sauté for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the semi-beaten eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese.
- We add the mushrooms and peas to this mixture, mix and return to the pan.
- We heat over low heat and let it cook.
- We put it in the oven, bake until golden. Prick before removing to check that it is set.
- We serve immediately.
