No-bake nougat flan

Flan de turrón sin horno

At parties we accumulate nougat so one way to take advantage of it and, above all, to taste it in a different way is by making desserts with it.

This nougat flan, in addition to being delicious, is super simple.

250g soft nougat

300ml milk

300ml cream 35% fat

100g sugar

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

2 sachets of curd powder

Zest of an orange

Cocoa powder to decorate

Liquid candy


  1. In our Diamond high saucepan, we put the crumbled nougat, milk, cream, orange zest, curd envelopes, sugar and vanilla.
  2. We heat it over medium heat, with the help of a spoon we stir and completely break up the nougat (if you don't want lumps you can crush it first).
  3. We let it cook until it starts to boil.
  4. We grease our molds and pour the liquid into them.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours (better to prepare the day before).
  6. We unmold and serve with a little cocoa powder and caramel.
