Do you like the flan? Do you like pineapple? Well this is the perfect combination for a dessert classic with a different touch.
The flan is for excellence the dessert that transports us to our childhood, that is why it should not be lose in our recipe books, a simple dish that deserves a place privileged.

Servings:12-13 custards
Ingredients
6 eggs
500ml milk
750ml milk condensed
6 pineapple slices in its juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Liquid candy
Preparation:
- We preheat the oven to 180º-200º.
- In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients (except caramel) and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
- We put the flaneras on our Solid+ griddle and cover the bottom of them with liquid caramel.
- Next we fill it with the flan mixture.
- We put it in the oven and fill the tray with water. This way we don't have to handle it outside and move it without risking water entering the flan pans.
- We bake in a bain-marie for 40-45 minutes, clicking to make sure they are ready.
- Remove and let cool on a rack.
- We refrigerate in the refrigerator and serve.
