Pineapple Flan

Flan de piña

Do you like the flan? Do you like pineapple? Well this is the perfect combination for a dessert classic with a different touch.

The flan is for excellence the dessert that transports us to our childhood, that is why it should not be lose in our recipe books, a simple dish that deserves a place privileged.

Servings:12-13 custards

Ingredients

6 eggs

500ml milk

750ml milk condensed

6 pineapple slices in its juice

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Liquid candy

Preparation:

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º-200º.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients (except caramel) and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. We put the flaneras on our Solid+ griddle and cover the bottom of them with liquid caramel.
  4. Next we fill it with the flan mixture.
  5. We put it in the oven and fill the tray with water. This way we don't have to handle it outside and move it without risking water entering the flan pans.
  6. We bake in a bain-marie for 40-45 minutes, clicking to make sure they are ready.
  7. Remove and let cool on a rack.
  8. We refrigerate in the refrigerator and serve.
