For: 4-6 people


Time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:
500 ml of milk
5 eggs
90 g of sugar
A piece of lemon peel
Liquid candy


Preparation:
First we put the milk in a saucepan over medium heat along with the lemon peel until the
milk is about to boil, infuse and set aside.


While in a bowl we put the eggs together with the sugar and beat them.


Pour the caramel into the mold that you are going to use to make the flan and spread it.
We add the milk to the eggs using a strainer and mix.


We fill the mold with the egg and sugar mixture and cover it with its lid and place it
inside the pressure cooker with two fingers of water. Once inside the mold we fill with
water until it reaches the middle of the mold.


We cover the pot and put on medium heat, when the valve rises we let it cook for 15
minutes.


We remove it from the heat and let it lose pressure before removing the mold to leave it.
cool to room temperature.


Once it is cold, we keep it in the refrigerator in the flan box for 5-6 hours, or better.
one day to the next.


To unmold, run a blunt knife along the edge, place a plate on top as a
cover and we turn it over and we will see that it comes off easily.
You can present it with cream or some type of fresh fruit.
