Sweets drive us crazy and this coffee flan seems delicious. A recipe that is made with ingredients that anyone has in their pantry, simple and ready in no time. The combination of flavors is perfect and there is nothing like finishing lunch with this perfect dessert.
Ingredients: For the caramel:- 200g sugar
- 400g condensed milk
- 250ml whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 200ml freshly brewed black coffee
- We put the sugar in our 24cm Titan frying pan , turn on the heat and let it melt until it turns golden brown (do not stir the sugar).
- Once the caramel is ready, we distribute it into our molds and set aside.
- We prepare our coffee in the Cream coffee maker and reserve. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until they foam. Add the condensed milk, milk and warm coffee to the eggs, beat again until everything is integrated. We distribute the mixture into the molds and place them on a tray filled with water (this should be up to half of the molds).
- We bake at 180ºC for 40-50 minutes. Once ready we let it cool a little and put it in the refrigerator. We will leave at least 24 hours.
- We unmold it on a plate and enjoy it.
