Prawn and chicken fideuá, recipe for 2 Mandarins in my Kitchen

Today we bring you this recipe for shrimp and chicken fideuá, made by 2 Mandarinas in my Kitchen in the Monix Solid+ saucepan, made of non-stick cast aluminum:

"Yesterday I prepared shrimp and chicken fideuá at home for lunch. The recipe for the base of the fideuá was passed on to me by my brother Roberto because I had never made it before and perhaps if you are Valencian and read me you will tell me that that is neither fideuá nor It's nothing but it turned out to me to be an exquisite fideuá.

I have prepared the fideuá with peeled shrimp and chicken breast so that when eating it you do not have to separate the shells of the shrimp, but if you prefer you can use unpeeled shrimp and pieces of chicken with skin and bones. To prepare this recipe I used a Monix brand saucepan from the cast aluminum collection, a saucepan that I have had for a few months now and that I use very often in my kitchen.
