A sauce to combine with a thousand things! Let your imagination fly and write down this recipe that is super easy to make; and with few ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 10 mushrooms
- 1 white onion
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- EVOO
- 40g of flour
- 1L of broth (we have used vegetables)
- 1/2 glass of white wine
Steps:
- We cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them in the pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.
- Cut the onions into cubes and mince the garlic.
- In the pan we sauté the garlic along with the onion
- When everything is well poached, we add the flour; We stir and add the white wine
- We let it evaporate and then we add the broth.
- We stir and let it cook over low heat.
- And ready! We add the mushrooms and serve with whatever you fancy; this combines very well with everything
