Cafloutis de arándanos

Don't let the name of this recipe scare you, sometimes what it seems is not. A super simple dessert within the reach of even the most novice, we assure you that it will surprise you.

You just have to have the necessary ingredients, an oven, our super frying pan and the desire to cook, and you will also have the perfect homemade air freshener that will attract many.

3 eggs

40g melted butter

80g sugar

120g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

a pinch of salt

210 ml milk

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

250g blueberries


We preheat the oven to 200º.

In a bowl we mix the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. We beat until we get a foamy mixture.

Add the melted butter and flour and beat again until you get a smooth dough without lumps.

Finally we add the milk, mix until integrated.

We grease the 24cm Professional frying pan. oven safe, with a little butter.

We place the blueberries at the base of the pan and pour the mixture on top.

Sprinkle with sugar on top and bake for 20-25 minutes.

It should be golden, but we should not overdo the baking time so that it does not become excessively dry. The texture of this dessert is juicy.

A trick to know if it is ready is to move the pan a little and see if it is set, if not you will see the dough move.
