The Sunset collection from Monix® is ideal for those seeking quality and practicality in the kitchen with the best value for money. This set includes three pans: 18 cm, 22 cm, and 26 cm in diameter.
The pans are made of forged aluminum with a thickness of 3mm, featuring a top layer with maximum non-stick performance, a reinforced intermediate layer, and a dimensionally stable aluminum layer. The Xylan® Whitford non-stick coating is PFOA-free and self-lubricating. It acts as an electrical insulator and is resistant to all types of abrasion and strong acids. Additionally, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 220°C without any alteration.
They have heat-resistant bakelite handles with an ergonomic shape, substantial thickness, a red insert, and the Monix® logo. The pans are suitable for all types of stovetops, including induction, and are easy to clean in the dishwasher.
