The collection Sunset from Monix® is ideal for those seeking quality and practicality in the kitchen with the best value for money. This set consists of two pans: 22 cm and 26 cm in diameter.
The pans are made of forged aluminum with a 3mm thickness, featuring a top layer of premium non-stick coating, a reinforced intermediate layer, and an undistortable aluminum layer. The Xylan® Whitford non-stick coating is PFOA-free and self-lubricating. It acts as an electrical insulator and is resistant to all types of abrasion and strong acids. Additionally, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 220°C without undergoing any changes.
They have heat-resistant bakelite handles with an ergonomic design and thick profile, with a red insert and the Monix® logo. The pans are suitable for all types of stoves, including induction, and are easy to clean in the dishwasher.
