Set of 3 pans: 18, 24 and 28 cm with Whiford® Quantanium tri-layer interior coating reinforced with diamond and titanium particles, one of the most durable non-stick coatings on the market, allows you to cook without oil or with very little oil.
Monix Diamond combines beauty, performance, and practicality to achieve excellent results in the kitchen. Its riveted stainless steel handles make this piece oven-safe up to 230ºC. Its 4mm forged aluminum structure ensures optimal heat distribution, resulting in even cooking of food.
The Diamond line can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction, and features a full-induction diffuser base (without holes) that maximizes energy from the heat source, reaching the optimal cooking temperature more quickly and evenly.
