Monix Diamond combines beauty, performance, and practicality to deliver excellent results in the kitchen. Its riveted stainless steel handle(s) make this piece oven-safe up to 230ºC. Its 4 mm forged aluminum structure ensures optimal heat distribution, resulting in even cooking of food.
The Diamond range works on all types of stovetops, including induction, and includes a full-induction diffusion base (no holes) that maximizes energy from the heat source, reaching the ideal cooking temperature faster and more evenly.
