The Mineral frying pans are made of high-quality forged aluminum, 4mm thick, and thanks to its new design with 18/10 stainless steel riveted handle, you can put them in the oven. Plus, its Quantanium three-layer non-stick coating with titanium particles makes these pans perform far better than traditional non-stick surfaces.
