Ruby High Casserole

According to the etymology of the precious stone, Ruby means: Red, passion, elegance, and beauty. This defines Ruby, a collection of cookware where aesthetics, beauty, durability, and performance come together to deliver kitchen tools that impress not only with their design but also with their effectiveness.

MONIX’s Ruby is made with forged aluminum that is 4mm thick at the base, and features a top-quality tri-layer non-stick coating with a special reinforcement of diamond and titanium powder. Forged aluminum ensures excellent heat distribution, while the reinforced tri-layer non-stick coating delivers great performance and efficiency during cooking. Adding a full induction base to this gives perfect compatibility with all types of stovetops, especially induction ones.

Its beautiful, matte-finish stainless steel handles provide the perfect balance of innovation, beauty, and professional performance thanks to its rivet system. Ruby combines all the best qualities to be the cookware for our customers, which is why Spain’s most Michelin-starred national chef, Martín Berasategui, trusts, uses, and recommends this full product line.
