This basket for steaming in the pressure cooker is a very versatile piece, as it can also be used as a perfect colander or draining board, both to strain the pasta cooking liquid or to filter the broth or stock. once cooked, to let the vegetables and fruits drain once washed.
Ideal for steaming all kinds of vegetables, legumes or fish and even for cooking hard-boiled eggs at the same time that the salad vegetables are boiled inside the pot. Its large diameter also allows it to be used to drain the oil from the potatoes, dumplings or croquettes once fried, helping to prevent them from softening and even to filter the oil from frying the potatoes as much as possible before adding them to the egg to prepare a delicious omelet.
