Monix Diamond combines beauty, performance, and practicality to achieve excellent results in the kitchen. Its riveted stainless steel handle(s) make the piece oven-safe up to 230°C. Its 4 mm forged aluminum structure ensures optimal heat distribution, resulting in even cooking of food.
Its new three-layer Quantanium Whiford® interior coating, reinforced with diamond and titanium particles, is one of the most durable non-stick options on the market, allowing you to cook with no oil or very little oil.
The Diamond range can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction, and features a full-induction diffuser base (no holes) that maximizes the energy from the heat source, reaching the optimal cooking temperature faster and more evenly.
