It is equipped with a double-layer non-stick XYLAN coating from PPG®, which not only provides excellent non-stick performance and allows cooking without oil, but also saves energy, water, and detergents thanks to its ease of cleaning. Its FULL INDUCTION base gives the product an ultra-efficient magnetic transmission base for induction cooktops.
