Monix presents the Forest models: made of 4 mm forged aluminum. In this collection, it transmits a message of ecology, nature and sustainability in a quality product, with natural and contemporary nuances.
It is equipped with a PPG® XYLAN non-stick two-layer coating, no PFOA or PTFE is used, thus being totally environmentally friendly. And, in addition to providing great non-stickness and allowing cooking without oil, it saves energy, water and detergents given the ease of cleaning and its FULL INDUCTION bottom provides the product with a super-efficient magnetic transmission base in induction cookers.
