Monix introduces the Forest models: made from 4 mm forged aluminum. This collection conveys a message of ecology, nature, and sustainability in a high-quality product, with natural and contemporary details.
It is equipped with a two-layer non-stick XYLAN coating from PPG®; no PFOA or PTFE is used, making it fully environmentally friendly. In addition to providing excellent non-stick performance and allowing cooking without oil, it saves energy, water, and detergents due to its easy cleaning, and its FULL INDUCTION base gives the product a highly efficient magnetic transmission base for induction stovetops.
