Set of 3 pans: 20, 24, and 28 cm with the Quantanium Whifford® three-layer interior coating, reinforced with diamond and titanium particles — one of the most durable non-stick coatings on the market — allowing you to cook with no or very little oil.
Monix Diamond combines beauty, performance, and practicality to deliver excellent results in the kitchen. Its riveted stainless steel handle(s) makes the piece oven-safe up to 230°C. Its 4 mm forged aluminum structure ensures optimal heat distribution, resulting in even cooking of food.
The Diamond line works on all types of stovetops, including induction, and features a full-induction diffuser base (no holes) that maximizes energy from the heat source, reaching the optimal cooking temperature more quickly and evenly.
