These toasts French are perfect for breakfast or snacks. A recipe that you will have ready in a few minutes and it will be difficult for you to resist. A bite delicious to start the day.
Ingredients:
200ml milk
2 eggs
60g sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 slices of bread mold or brioche
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Butter
Preparation
- Mix the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Beat to mix all the ingredients.
- In a deep tray, place the sliced bread and sprinkle with the liquid mixture so that it soaks the bread well.
- Put our 26cm Copper frying pan on the heat. Grease with butter and let it heat up.
- Place the toast and brown on both sides.
- Repeat the operation with all the slices of bread and grease the pan each time we finish with one of them.
- Serve accompanied by red fruits, honey, caramel or jam.
