French toast with red berries

Tostadas francesas con frutos rojos

These toasts French are perfect for breakfast or snacks. A recipe that you will have ready in a few minutes and it will be difficult for you to resist. A bite delicious to start the day.

Ingredients:

200ml milk

2 eggs

60g sugar

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

6 slices of bread mold or brioche

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

a pinch of salt

Butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Beat to mix all the ingredients.
  3. In a deep tray, place the sliced ​​bread and sprinkle with the liquid mixture so that it soaks the bread well.
  4. Put our 26cm Copper frying pan on the heat. Grease with butter and let it heat up.
  5. Place the toast and brown on both sides.
  6. Repeat the operation with all the slices of bread and grease the pan each time we finish with one of them.
  7. Serve accompanied by red fruits, honey, caramel or jam.
