Sautéed vegetables with pork loin

Salteado de verduras con lomo de cerdo

Eating vegetables should not be boring, it sounds cliché but it is the truth. This sautéed vegetables with pork loin is truly crazy for the palate.

The mix of flavors of these vegetables and their step-by-step preparation turns out to be a delicious bite. The pork loin gives this dish that touch to make it a success on our table.


1 red onion

1 white onion

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

2 carrots

2 cloves of garlic

6 mushrooms

1/2 zucchini

2 tablespoons soy sauce



Extra virgin olive oil

500g pork loin


  1. We peel and cut the vegetables into julienne strips, we chop the garlic into small pieces.
  2. We cut the pork loin into strips, season with salt and pepper.
  3. We cover the bottom of our 28cm Chef frying pan with olive oil. And we warm up.
  4. Fry the pork loin until golden brown, remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan we brown the garlic, then add the onion and peppers.
  6. Sauté until ready, then add the zucchini and mushrooms. We fry for two-three minutes, add the pork loin and soy sauce. We stir to mix. We check the salt level and rectify if necessary.
  7. We serve immediately, we can decorate with thyme or rosemary.
