Chocolate Rocks

Rocas de chocolate

Chocolate is always appealing and what better occasion than these holidays to delight your family with a bite where chocolate melts with nuts.

These chocolate rocks are tremendously addictive, keep reading because the recipe will become one of your favorites.

  • 350g milk chocolate
  • 25g butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 50g peeled pistachios
  • 50g almonds
  • 30g sultanas
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50g Cordoban hazelnuts
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • Salt

  1. Cut the chocolate into pieces, put water halfway into the Mineral saucepan and heat it.
  2. In a Pirex-type glass bowl, add the chocolate and put it on top of the saucepan, stirring until it melts.
  3. Add the butters, stir again together with the chocolate until everything is integrated. Remove from heat.
  4. Add the nuts and mix so that they are well coated with the chocolate.
  5. Prepare a tray lined with parchment paper and with the help of a spoon, take the mixture to make small rocks. Do it with all the preparation.
  6. Decorate on top with some of the nuts and add a pinch of salt on top of each of them.
  7. Let it cool in the refrigerator or outside if the temperature is cool.
  8. Once solidified you can serve.
  9. You can keep them in airtight containers in the refrigerator.

You can make these rocks with the chocolate you like the most, black, white... You can also make the mix of nuts you like the most.
