Oven roasted Chicken

Oven-roasted chicken is a classic in every home. This recipe, in addition to being perfect for being a dish that almost everyone likes, is so simple to prepare that you don't feel lazy to make it.

There are many roast chicken recipes so if you haven't tried this one, save it and don't stop preparing it.

Ingredients :
  • 2 hindquarters
  • 10 shallots
  • 3 large potatoes
  • Half a head of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil White wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Thyme

  1. We preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices. Peel the shallots, cut them in half or leave them whole. as you prefer.
  3. We put 28cm Mineral in our saucepan . a bed with the potatoes and shallots, add a little olive oil, salt and pepper. With our hands we stir so that it is distributed well and everything is impregnated.
  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and place on top of the potatoes and shallots.
  2. Finally, we put half the head of garlic inside our saucepan to add aroma, the thyme and we add a glass of white wine.
  3. We bake for about an hour at 200° or until we see that our chicken is ready.
  4. We serve and enjoy our wonderful roast chicken.
