How we like pizzas!! And if they are homemade much more, this easy pan pizza will surely become your weekend staple or for those holiday days when we so much want to treat ourselves.
We can accompany the pizza with the ingredients that we like the most and the mixture of arugula, figs and Iberian ham drives us crazy, we hope that you like it the same or even more.
Ingredients: Pizza mass:- 250g strong flour
- 160ml of water
- 15g fresh pressed yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7-8 tablespoons tomato concentrate or tomato sauce
- 6 figs
- arugula
- Iberian Ham
- Extra virgin olive oil
- We mix the yeast with the warm water, stir until diluted.
- We add the flour and salt and knead until we get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to our hands.
- We put the dough in a bowl and let it rest, covered with a cloth, for about 30 minutes.
- We preheat the oven to 250º.
- We divide the dough into two portions and spread them by hand until it gives the desired shape.
- We put the first pizza in our 28cm Mineral pan , spread the tomato and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until it is golden brown. We repeat the same operation with the second one or if we are not going to consume it, we wrap it in transparent film and store it in the refrigerator to consume it shortly or freeze it.
- We cover the baked pizza with the arugula, figs and ham and drizzle with a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
