Potatoes stuffed with tuna

Patatas rellenas de atún

The potatoes Stuffed are a very popular dish, you can fill them with the ingredients that you like the most. It is a very versatile recipe because with a few basic ingredients or even taking advantage of what you have in the refrigerator you will achieve a plate of yummy.


4 large potatoes

3 cans of tuna olive oil

1 small bottle of roasted piquillo peppers or bell peppers

black olives



1 small can of sweet corn


  1. Wash very well the potatoes under the tap and clean with a brush to remove any remains of land.
  2. Full Chef's tall saucepan with plenty of water and put on the heat, once it begins to Boil, add the potatoes and cook until ready. It depends on the size Of these the time will vary, but they will take between 20-30 minutes. Once ready Take out, drain and let cool a little.
  3. In In a bowl, mix the tuna (save the oil to add later), the olives chopped, the sweet corn, the peppers cut into small pieces and mix.
  4. Short Cut the potatoes in half, take out some of the meat from them and mix it with the other ingredients, salt and pepper, add some tuna oil and mix.
  5. Fill the potatoes with the mixture of all the ingredients and serve immediately.
