Potato garnishes are always a success, they are loved by everyone, young and old, as well as being ideal to accompany our Christmas roasts.
This recipe is great so put on your apron as we begin….

Ingredients
1kg baby potatoes
6 French onions
Extra virgin olive oil
150ml wine glass
100ml meat broth
Salt
Pepper
Fresh parsley
We wash and dry the baby potatoes. We cut into quarters.
Preparation :
Peel the onions and cut them into quarters.
We cover the bottom of our Twin Solid frying pan with olive oil, heat it.
Sauté the onion over medium heat until caramelized.
Add the potatoes, sauté for about 10 minutes, until they also caramelize.
We pour the wine, raise the heat and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add the glass of broth, salt, pepper and chopped parsley, stir and cover with the other TwinSolid pan.
We let them cook over low heat.
We open them after a few minutes to see if they are tender, stir and leave uncovered, cook if necessary until the juice is reduced.
We serve immediately, decorate with fresh parsley.
