Black cuttlefish pasta with cheese and shrimp sauce

Pasta nero di sepia con salsa de queso y gambas

Pasta dishes in summer are super useful, today we have opted for these black sepia spaghetti with a creamy cheese and shrimp sauce that you are going to love.

Ingredients

400g black sepia spaghetti

150g cheese (you can use your favorite or a mixture of them)

200ml cream

3 garlic cloves

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Fresh parsley

Bonito belly

Elaboration

  1. In a large frying pan we add a little olive oil, heat it, add the chopped garlic, brown it.
  2. Add the chopped shrimp and sauté for a few minutes, add the cream, once it starts to boil, add the cheese, salt and pepper, let it melt and mix with the rest of the ingredients, set aside.
  3. We fill our Optima pot with plenty of water, once it starts to boil we add the pasta. We cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Once ready, we drain.
  5. We place it on a tray or plate, put the hot sauce on the pasta, decorate with tuna belly and chopped parsley.
