If there is something to recognize in Italian gastronomy, among many other things, it is the ability to create spectacular dishes with very few and simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
200g of your favorite pasta
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 zucchini
1 lump of ginger
The juice of 1 lemon and its zest
200ml cooking cream
EVOO and salt to taste
Steps:
- We cut the onion into small squares and sauté it along with the chopped garlic.
- We grate the zucchini and add it to the wok to cook.
- Add the lemon juice, grated ginger and cream.
- We let everything sauté well and add the lemon zest.
- We add the previously boiled pasta and enjoy this recipe!
