Monix lemon pasta

Pasta al limón Monix

If there is something to recognize in Italian gastronomy, among many other things, it is the ability to create spectacular dishes with very few and simple ingredients.


200g of your favorite pasta
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 zucchini
1 lump of ginger
The juice of 1 lemon and its zest
200ml cooking cream
EVOO and salt to taste


  1. We cut the onion into small squares and sauté it along with the chopped garlic.
  2. We grate the zucchini and add it to the wok to cook.
  3. Add the lemon juice, grated ginger and cream.
  4. We let everything sauté well and add the lemon zest.
  5. We add the previously boiled pasta and enjoy this recipe!
