Turkish bread

Pan turco

Time: 1h30m

Difficulty: Medium

Servings: 6

Making bread at home It is not that difficult, especially when we talk about this type of flatbreads. This in particular is a typical Turkish bread, a bread that is usually accompanied by butter at breakfast. We love it, both for breakfast and to accompany it with cream cheese, aromatics or whatever we like the most.

It is a very bread addictive and it is also made in a pan, what more could you ask for.

Ingredients:

900g flour

300ml milk

300ml of water

1 and a half teaspoon of salt

25g yeast fresh

Olive oil

Parsley or other aromatic

Elaboration

We put the flour in a bowl along with the salt.

In a saucepan we put milk and water, heat until slightly warm. We remove from the heat, add the yeast, stir until dissolved.

We add the mixture of liquids into the flour and knead.

We let the rest Covered dough, about 45 minutes in a warm place.

We flour the work surface, we divide the dough into small balls and spread each one of them with the roller.

We heat our Diamond frying pan on the fire and put the bread, heat it for a few minutes on one side and once golden, turn it over. We repeat with all the portions.

We paint with oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley or with the aromatic that you like the most.
