Basic no-knead bread

Pan básico sin amasado

Bread is the food that is never missing from our table. The recipe that we bring you today is a basic recipe, it will get you out of more than one trouble, because it is made very quickly and does not require anything more than having the ingredients and a little time to bake. A real bread, with the basic ingredients and you will have it ready in no time. This delicious bread is made in our Solid+ tall casserole dish.

  • 175ml of warm water
  • 350g strong flour
  • 15g fresh yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 120ml olive oil

  1. We preheat the oven to 180º and put a container with water (the humidity will help the crust to be crispier).
  2. In a bowl, mix the warm water with the fresh yeast, stir until dissolved.
  3. We add the flour, salt and olive oil. If we have a perfect food processor, we knead for a few minutes at a speed that is not too high and once the dough is ready we take it out of the bowl. If you prefer, you can do it by hand, you will only have to mix the ingredients until you obtain a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. If you see that it is too wet, add a little more flour.
  4. We make a ball with our dough, we put it in our oven-safe saucepan, with a knife we ​​make a cut or comb and we bake at 180º for 30-40 minutes. The time will depend on each oven. I usually put it on with heat up and down, which works quite well for me.
  5. Once our bread is golden, we take it out and let it cool on a rack.
