Roasted chicken thighs with orange marmalade

Chicken thighs are one of those versatile ingredients that any recipe you make with them is delicious. Today I bring you a somewhat different dish, but tasty, especially because of the ingredients in which these are marinated. These are baked on our Solid+ baking sheet.



  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 180g orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Juice of an orange
  • Zest of an orange
  • 60ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  1. We mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl, stir and mix.
  2. We put half of the mixture on the drumsticks previously placed on a tray and let it marinate for half an hour.
  3. We preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  4. We bake the thighs with the maceration liquid and during baking we turn them over and water with the rest that we had reserved.
  5. Once golden, we take out and decorate with orange zest.
  6. We accompany it with mashed potatoes and orange segments.
