With the heat comes afternoons on the terrace and the desire to have refreshing drinks.
This coffee granita is perfect for this, a combination of aromas and flavors that will surely make you have a very comforting time.
Ingredients:
freshly brewed coffee
3 tablespoons sugar or other sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla
frozen whipped cream
Preparation
1. Prepare our Cream coffee maker and make the coffee.
2. Once ready, pour into a square or rectangular metal tray, add the sugar and vanilla and while hot, stir so that the ingredients dissolve.
3. Stir, cover with film or if it is a tupperware with its lid.
4. Freeze for 15 minutes, remove and grate with a fork to remove the crystals.
5. Refreeze and repeat after 15 minutes. You should do this operation until there is no liquid left.
6. Once ready, put whipped cream ice cream, coffee slushie and whipped cream again at the base of our glass.
7. Serve immediately.
