Garlic prawns are one of the most typical dishes of our gastronomy, easy to prepare, quick and above all delicious.
It is a perfect dish as an appetizer, one of the favorite tapas for everyone in bars accompanied by a good wine and of course bread to dip in that special oil.
Ingredients:- 1 kg of shrimp
- 15 cloves of garlic
- 2 dried chillies
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Fresh parsley
- Peel the shrimp and place on absorbent paper to remove moisture.
- We peel the garlic and slice it.
- We chop the chilli.
- In our Cooper frying pan we add the olive oil, cover the bottom, heat.
- We add the sliced garlic and chillies.
- Stir over medium heat, once the garlic begins to turn golden, add the prawns, sauté and as soon as they change color, set aside.
- The trick is not to leave them too long so they don't dry out.
- We decorate with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
