Crêpes de chocolate

We give a twist to a classic, crepes, today we prepare them with chocolate. A simple recipe that requires very little and you will have them ready in no time. Crepes are perfect to have for breakfast or snacks, even as a dessert it wouldn't be bad at all, right?


  • 360ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 180g flour
  • 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • a pinch of salt
  • Butter to grease our pan
  • Whipped cream
  • Raspberries
  1. We put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until we obtain a light, homogeneous mixture without lumps.

  2. We can do it by hand or with the help of electric whisks or a food processor, it will be much faster.

  3. We let the dough cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  4. We put our Mineral pan on the heat, grease it with butter and with the help of a saucepan we pour the dough.

  5. The first is usually a test, this way you will control the amount of dough you should put so that it fills the base of the pan and is very thin.

  6. We repeat the operation until we finish with the dough.

  7. We serve with whipped cream and raspberries. Well, you can present them with whatever you like the most, but this option combines perfectly.
