Corn arepas recipe. Talking about arepas is talking about Venezuela and its people. As happens to us Spaniards with bread, the arepa is an essential and daily food on the menu of Venezuelans. They are also prepared and consumed in other nearby countries such as Colombia, although with some variations in their preparation or fillings.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of pre-cooked corn flour PAN or similar (white)
- 4 cups of warm water
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
