  2. Once the water has started to boil, remove it from the heat and add all the flour at once.
  3. With the help of a wooden spoon we stir until we obtain a fine dough without lumps.
  4. In the 24cm Mineral frying pan , add a good amount of olive oil and heat over high heat.
  5. We put our dough in a churrera or pastry bag with a star nozzle. You have to make sure there is no air left inside so that the churros don't pop out once they are frying.
  6. We form our churros, either straight or shaped into a bow.
  7. We carefully drop Mineral into the pan and fry in batches, we will not put too many churros at once.

  8. We take it out and let it drain on a plate with absorbent paper.
