How we like them sweets of a lifetime. These apple fritters transport us to our childhood, the heat of the kitchen, our grandmothers always preparing delicacies like These sweets that are so comforting now with the cold.

Ingredients:
4 apples
150ml milk
2 eggs
150g flour
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
125g sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
In a bowl mix milk at room temperature with vanilla, mix.
Add the eggs, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir again.
In another bowl put the flour with the yeast and sift over the milk, mix with a whisk until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Peel and Core the apples, cut into rings approximately 1 cm thick.
Put a good amount of olive oil in our 24cm Professional frying pan , heat it.
Once hot the oil, we put the apple rings in the dough, drain them and put them in the oil until golden brown on both sides.
Take out and place in a plate with absorbent paper to drain the excess oil.
We coat in sugar and serve.
