Marinated mushroom skewers

Brochetas de champiñones adobados

Yes we know, it's not barbecue time yet, but why say no to these delicious skewers when we can make them on our super grill.

The skewers are perfect for an informal lunch or dinner, a different and colorful way to present our vegetables. Today we teach you how to prepare them with mushrooms and a marinade of madness.

Time: 40 min

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

1 kg of mushrooms

Salt

Pepper mix ground

3 garlic cloves

Fresh parsley

3-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, oil, salt, ground pepper, crushed garlic (make it like a paste) and chopped parsley.
  2. Halve the mushrooms and mix with the marinade. We let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally so that it soaks well on all sides.
  3. We stick our mushrooms on the skewers.
  4. We put our Solid+ grill on the heat with a little olive oil, once it is very hot we place the skewers and brown the mushrooms on both sides.
  5. We serve immediately.
