Have you tried making your favorite cake in a pan? Today we want to encourage you to do it because you will be surprised, it is really simple and is very fluffy.
This cake is a basic recipe, it is soft, airy and perfect for breakfast or snack accompanied by tea or coffee.
Ingredients:
250g flour
240ml milk
150g sugar
80ml olive oil
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Elaboration:
- In a bowl we put the eggs and sugar, beat until white.
- Add the olive oil and beat again until integrated. Next we add the milk and mix.
- Sift the flour with the yeast and baking soda over the mixture, beat until you get a smooth and soft dough.
- We grease our 26cm Titan Rock frying pan with oil and pour the mixture.
- We put it on low heat and cover.
- We leave until we see that the edges begin to peel off and brown.
- We turn it over carefully and let it cook on the other side, keeping it covered.
- We take it out, let it cool, decorate with icing sugar and serve.
