INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 500 g Cauliflower (one head grated or finely chopped)
- 2 medium carrots
- 200 g boiled peas
- 100 g of cooked corn
- 1 onion chopped into pieces
- cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
STEPS
- We grate the cauliflower until we obtain a grain-of-rice texture and set aside.
- Chop the onion and carrot to taste.
- In the saucepan, heat the oil over high heat and sauté the carrot and onion for a couple of minutes until they brown a little on the outside but are still crispy.
- Add the very finely grated cauliflower, the peas, the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- We stir for a few minutes until the cauliflower is cooked but a bit crispy and we serve.
